Holy cow. Today was AWESOME. I did it. Despite an INSANE schedule I DID IT. And I was down 2 lbs this am. I didn't feel hungry all day. I ate 8 bananas, a huge zuke, an ear of corn, and 10 c of watermelon. I'm pretty sedentary so my cals are lower than a lot of peeps. Read the first 40 pages of DG's book and I AM HOOKED!!! I was struggling with eating cheese around midnight so I upped my nana-intake. Worked like a CHARM. Plus I read about cheese in the 80/10/10 and after a nearly 4 decade love affair I have don't even find it attractive!!
