I switched to raw vegan 811. I am concerned about my weight.
I am afraid I am eating too much and will gain weight.
I am not eating any overt fats – avocados, nuts, etc.
I ate a watermelon on Sunday. And I ate pounds of cherries.
I lost 15 pounds the first week.
But I seem to want to eat more and more. It scares me.
Anybody have any comments?
