Yay me! There is such an abundance of fruit here! I didn't think I could afford it, but of course my parents can afford it. They prioritize money for food every month. They choose food over everything, but bills.
My parents are pretty healthy eaters. Even though they are not raw, they eat mostly vegetarian style. I love my Mom and Dad. They have instilled healthy eating habits in me all my life. Plus, my mom instilled the research bug in me. Never take what someone says as law. Look it up! So, I'm researching 80/10/10 as I have many other diets.

This is the fruit that is in my house right now. Right this minute. I won't be posting fruit from yesterday or from the internet. This is all in my home.
This is so glorious! I didn't know how I was going to make this diet happen 100%. But with this kind of support. I just can't go wrong!
The potatoes and rice were nice, but I really want to go full throttle. Not that I'll never eat it again, but I really want to make this change. I'm really excited to change my life!
I'm 30 years old. I was ADHD. 280lbs. Unemployed. Lots of failed Businesses. Disgusted with Myself. Down and Out. Lazy. Hopeless. Only 6 days on this lifestyle change and I have taken a two mile power walk. Worked on my business more. Have had clarity of mind. I feel good about myself and positive about life. I have sooo much energy! I do not know exactly what the future holds for me, but who does? I'm excited to take new steps.
We have more mandarins, minneolas, more bananas, more oranges, strawberries, salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, spinach, green peppers, and much, much more!
I am so grateful for all of this support from my family!
My cousin and son are even eating a lot more fruit. Since they are seeing it around in abundance and seeing me scarf down more and more fruit!

Mini update on my eating: I'm eating 80% carbs, but my fat is kind of high. Dang Avacados. So, I'm cutting that out of my diet completely. Two little spoonfuls cause me to go a bit over my 10% of fat according to Cronometer.com. I'm very low on my protein. I could probably bulk that up a bit more. But I'm good! Love you guys!
