yey, i am currently helping @ cleaning service wich is pretty tough but its fun!

Its so amazing how well im feeling as i wake up early at 5:30 am and go bed early @ 6-8 pm... and the whole day i am pretty active :)

For breaktfast i have 20 Dates... then im working for about 5 hours straight... and in my break i had another 20-25 Dates...

I drink natural water out of glass bottles.. I think its the best taste!

As i went home from work I hit the jackpot :)

At first I found what i searched for soo long and then i got it sooo cheap, HENNA for roughly about 3 EUR. :)

In the middle of the city, I kinda wanted to leave the train I was driving ith aaaaand: MANGOS: 5 MANGOS cost 3 EUR!!!! and 2 kg peaches cost 2 EUR what a deal!!! :)
I asked for a big box and load it to the top :)

And then I carried it home on my head with my jacket under it :P was pretty tough :)

A black woman saw me and shouted: AFRICA STYLE YEY! :)

AMAZING :)

So as I arrived at home i just made 20 bananas Smoothie...

For the past days i had been jogging @ this time but i am so full of fruit right now :)

cronometer tells me ive head about 4200 cals, 2200 cals net, and burned about 2000 cals :) sounds perfect...

ill have some greens and then ill sleep :)

One day maybe I will be able to just live near fresh spring. I also like carrying boxes on my head sometimes, since the weight is balanced it is better for your body that carrying it to the front or side. Takes getting used to though.

Glad to hear your life is going well and that you have abundant fruit!

Natural cleaning businesses are actually starting to get popular where I live, because a lot of people want their house cleaned without harsh chemicals.

You might want to speak with Victoria Everett here. She runs her own cleaning biz with truly all natural products she makes herself, I believe.
