Hi folks
Now it must look as if I am obsessed with my weight...well i am and i'm not. Does that make it clearer?
Of course i am aware of my weight and do prefer to be lighter, mainly because of practical reasons such as my health, energy, clarity of mind etc. I also love to eat...I am a quantities girl, no little girly portions for me! So, LFRV works well for me and SAD doesn't for this reason. When i eat cooked carb (wheat, any grain) and drink alcohol, especially beer, it poisons my body and in it's desparate attempt to dilute that poison my body releases fluid and i become bloated. Now of course that is a very crude explanation and does not merit my Phd, but it gives you an idea of what's going on with my body.
By weighing myself on a daily basis I find that i can begin to narrow down for me what makes me bloat (or what is poisoning my body). I know that logically i won't loose more than 2lbs fat a week, but as a LFRV i will loose a lot of toxic matter and hence, the scales will be going in a downward trend, unless a fruit or nut disagrees with my body. It's a matter of crude science for me, as i believe that we can all be investigators of our own health. My mistakes with food (and life) are my biggest learning experiences, I'm human, I make mistakes and I learn from them...I hope :-)
My food intake yesterday felt great and i notice just in one day that i have more clarity and energy, just from not clogging up my system. Joy! However, i did feel sick last night, but this has been an ongoing trend for me recently so i will keep an eye on it.
Today i'm seeing a client and then have the rest of the day off...I'll add my food to this blog later, but I am still keeping to my commitment of writing daily in the morning.
Well have a good day all you lovely people who decide to give my blog a little look over.
Love and laughter on this beautiful (although somewhat dark and grey here in Brighton)

Ok so here is my food so far:
1/2 a lushious watermelon.
8 pieces of jackfruit
1 acai and banana smoothie from a local juice bar (the lovely man tried to put honey and concentrated junk juice in, but i managed to stop him before it ruined the drink...phew)
A 2 banana and 2 peach smoothie.
1 small gem lettuce
Tonight i am planning on having a rocket, cherry tomatoe and papaya salad.
I've eaten frequently as and when i've needed it. I'm cutting down on my caffeine so i can give up completely on Sept 1st when i start my 30 day LFRV challenge, so i am wanting to eat more (ie: when i want a cup of coffee) getting my energy from fruit instead of caffeine, which is a good thing and it ensures i get enough calories into my body. My body will refine the process as i clean up when it is ready, no need to push...this is a fun process, not about deprivation so i can eat, eat, eat my fruit. Pippi xxx
