Hello guys! So, I wanted to start a blog to track my progress as I get back into the exercise studio for 2 hours six days a week. An hour of dance cardio. And, an hour of sculpting such as a band class, customized reformer program, or my own personal customized barre program. I have never committed to something 110 percent before in my life. Unless, that involves feelings of low self-esteem and horrendous body image issues.
I plan on updating the blog daily with progress pictures as well as what I ate that day. I have a lot of organic tree ripened oranges around and a box full of ripe bananas, so I figured a trip to orange juice/banana island makes the most sense. I am definitely putting myself out there with these pictures....but, I feel I have reached a very critical point in my life where I have to start taking responsibility for myself. I am very good at putting a mountain of obstacles in my way in order to prevent myself from moving forward in my life and pursuing my life goals.
