....Harley went back to Australia for a few months and I began spending up to 15hrs a day on the internet, closed up in a small concrete room surrounded by the polluted city of Bangkok. After spending 24/7 with Harley, I got really lonely and became somewhat a hermit. I began seeing less people, exercising less and eating less because I was spending so much time on the internet. The internet became like my coffee, a stimulant giving me false energy that I would pay back later. I wasn’t eating enough and as a result I could hardly sleep at night (fasters are notoriously bad sleepers). In turn I became dehydrated. Living in lack instead of abundance.

Thank you so much for sharing your humanity with us. Yes, these things can and do happen to any or many of us.
I particularly related to this one;D
Lastly, problems are a sign of life, they are character building and we bring them into our lives for a reason, so we can learn, grow and smash through our limiting behaviour.
I think it has also been said that many times, when we are having fun, we are not learning, and when we are learning, we are not having fun.
Of course, it is important to have fun and learning, and whenever possible, have them together.
