30 Bananas a Day!

Still Going Strong!

My skin is a bit better, but it seems everytime it gets better, its getting ready to burst again, but I guess thats the natural cleaning cycle (rollercoaster! ) I must go thru.

When I woke up this morning And realized it was Day 5! I though, wow that went by sooo fast! This is so simple and easy for me to stick to.. Still dont have a set amount of days, just however long I decide I think.

I went to A Cycling/Spin Class this morning and had great energy to push myself even harder than normal. Felt a little dizzy later in the morning though, but only for a few short moments.

Im not sure when to add greens though!? I've noticed most everyone does within a week.. Is it necessary though? And when is the best? If anyone knows please share!

So far I really dont have much of a desire to add greens, im just fine and dandy with my Bananas :)

You're doin great, and i like how you listening to yourself. Don't fret the greens; plenty of people here have gone many weeks w/out em. If you feel drawn back to them as you go along, then you can consider adding some in. Especially great attitude about your skin. For me, it was absolutely a (non)amusement park ride and a good year before clarity became standard instead of the exception. Just keep doing the right things and you'll reap the rewards in good time as the body's ready. Just imagine--maybe it's cleaning some cancer cells out of some multi-syllable organ and doesn't want to lose it's focus ;-) I've come to think of my body as my best friend on this earth, always with my best interests in mind.
