Hi everyone.
First of all thank you to all those who supported me in my attempt to get on the HCRV lifestyle when I was visiting this site a few months back. Despite this support I failed miserably.
However, I'm back to try again - my aim is to eat as close to 80/10/10 as possible. I'll be eating as much fruit as possible but also potatoes/rice and vegetables in absence of the fruit.
My fitness is fairly decent, my resting heart rate is 55 which I think is quite good? However I'm currently weighing around 220lbs so my weight is clearly slowing me down and my aim is to drop as much weight as possible and dramatically improve my power to weight ratio.
I won't be posting a daily blog like last time where I was feeling sorry for myself and being pretty negative. I will post every couple of days while keeping a written journal to track my daily progress. I downloaded the meal plan from Organic Athlete and I've got other books such as Engine 2, 80/10/10 and Freelee's eBook so I have plenty of ideas of what to eat etc
Finally I am not fully vegan yet, I haven't eaten dairy or red meat for a while; I will be cutting out the meat altogether from tomorrow.
Thanks for reading, wish me luck.
