Going to a fruitluck today in Austin. I just got back from the store where I spent a small fortune on dates. I'm making "brownie bites" from dates, raisins, carob & a little coconut...stuffed with fresh strawberry. I have dates soaking. I want to get them made and well refrigerated before I leave. I am learning that in order to be successful at this diet, I really need to stay on top of having ripe fruit on hand. I don't do well when I run out of bananas & dates...which I did this weekend. Does anyone else get nauseous from overeating watermelon? Ugh...my stomach does not like it. Have a good day
