I was at lunch, at school, and my friend looks at me and tells me his doctor friend says I should be dead by now, especially doing this to myself as I'm growing.
A year and a half and I feel better than ever in my life!
I told him about raw athletes, like Harley Johnstone, and how there are vegan bodybuilders, and even raw vegans with some great muscle! Would not believe it. Refused to. Told me that's impossible, and if it where possible, you'd "have to eat, like, 80,000 apples a day to get all your proteins and stuff." I told him I'd be posting on his facebook wall a few videos and photos... he said he's be waiting. Sadly still haven't gotten his responce yet. ;)
It was a funny conversation to have. I should be dead? Nah! I'm finally living hard out here, thanks to the raw vegan diet! :)
