This has to be fast because I MUST get ready for bed! I am extremely proud of myself. Again, I was able to avoid coffee and cooked junk foods.
Breakfast - Banana shake (carob powder, hemp seeds and almond milk)
Lunch - Pink lady apples
Snack - Fresh OJ
Dinner - Celery apple and grape salad
I have not been keeping track of my calories on the cronometer! I keep track of calories in my head. I make sure to only include a bit of overt fats. In this case --- I use a small portion in my smoothie. At any rate I am satisfied after breakfast. I became pretty hungry at 2PM, wishing I had more apples with me. However, the orange juice seems to fill me up and take away the hunger pangs. My salads are always great. So I need to work on my afternoon meals only.
Elimination: Like a champ (#2)! Did not pee enough although my pee was quite clear. I need need need to drink additional water. That is my goal!
Exercise: Chased my little one at the park.
Still have a bit of eczema on my hands, all though it is less noticeable through the day. I woke up in the morning with the taste of onions in my mouth despite brushing well the night before. The onion taste seems to stick when I am eating raw. Otherwise, no physical changes!
I had lots of feelings of anger swirling in me today, but no desire to eat junk to feel better. I think this is a step in the right direction!!!! WOOT! I believe I am facing hurts/troubles/feelings I suppress routinely. (????)
Overall: I feel good about the day. I want to eat more during the day and drink some water! I want to start a daily meditation/prayer period tommorow morning. We will see if I can get up! Ha!
