It's been a long time since I've been on here, and even longer since I posted anything. Anyways, been doing this high carb vegan thing for 7 years now and the lean gains are seriously incredible. I actually eat quite a lot more unhealthy food now than I did back in the day just to keep the weight on. Still doing raw fruit for breakfast, but I'm often eating out or just loads of beans, starches, sauces, and junk for dinner. Also avocados are a regular for me now when they used to be only occasional. Point is it doesn't even really matter anymore, I stay lean and fit without even trying. This really is a great lifestyle. Not only is it great for me as an individual, but I get to be vegan at the same time. Win win. Hope you all are well.
