I just went on a week-long trip... like most of us who are new at this, I've been waffling and maybe only 75% committed. Because of the nature of my travels and the newness of this lifestyle for me, I went back to my cooked vegan diet for the week. While I didn't have the violent reaction some people have talked about, I have felt pretty uncomfortable for most of the week. Going back on bananas and dates tomorrow. Right now I feel so dehydrated from nearly a week on cooked food in the high desert. Can't wait to feel better!
