30 Bananas a Day!

So yesterday after training for years, hard work and dedication I finally got my black belt in Martial Arts! This diet is super amazing for health. I have seen myself become more flexible, more focused, stronger, and an all around better athlete. Today I am very sore from my black belt test it was really intense, but it was all worth it. I have to go, I'm about to indulge in some Durian!!!

Then why does Dr. Graham have 2000 cal. meal plans in 80/10/10? Isn't that a bit too little for even a sedentary person, especially when advocating daily exercise?

Good for you. I want some durian. I prefer ballet and dance to stuff like that, but I admire women who do.
