The last two weeks I've averaged 4,600 calories. I exercise about 1-2 hours a day usually. Bulk of the calories are coming from bananas. I ate 70lbs over the last 7 days.
In full disclosure the first maybe two weeks, I was adding a little bit (1t-1T) of bee pollen to my PWO banana smoothies. My other cheat is a 1-2T of spirulina on my salads when they're tasting especially dry and/or bland. It's organic, but I doubt it's dried at low temp.
I have to say, I'm a little disappointed at the moment. I thought this would be the diet that would stop me from "dieting" to trim up. I guess there's not such thing as a satiating free-eating diet for me, unless that "Breatharian" diet works ;)
I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing here for a few more weeks. I will be upping the exercise probably, so we'll see what happens.
Right now, it's looking like:
A) I'll have to go veggie based, and keep the bulk of the fruit carbs PWO if I want to drop fat and still recover quickly. Too bad... I love sweet fruit for most every meal.
B) May go light on dinner. The problem with this is, I usually have late workouts. I fuel up so my morning workouts are not agony. I also sleep poorly if I eat lighter dinners.
