30 Bananas a Day!

OK! It has been long time since I wrote my last blog. Now I can tell when I am more experienced: 6 month on LFRV diet that it helps me a lot. Before LFRV I was 2 years high fat raw vegan. I ate too many nuts and seeds. I was also exaggerating with oil dressings on salads. When I calculated on Chronometer my calories I found out that I ate more than 50% fat. Now I ate les then 5% of fat. I totally abandon oils, seeds and nuts. Sometimes I do take a little of seeds and nuts but not often.  I eat more bananas and fruits then ever and I feel great. I also look that I eat big amounts of greens. I have my own garden so I don’t have any problems with that. I pick wiled weeds and I juice or blend them. I really don’t believe that green juicing is bad. I am also not totally free salt. But I did reduce my salt intake. A lot of things has improved. I was always feeling a little daisy before on high fat raw diet. Now I feel I can run all around how many energy I have. I also had problems with bleeding gums and skin. Now I notice improvements. My acnes and teeth problems are gone. I feel much bather then before. I think it is because I eat enough calorie and crabs. My experience with 811 is perfect.
