breakfast-5 pounds of honeydew
lunch- 2 bananas (i know)
dinner- 20 deglet noors, 1.5 cups of strawberries, 1.5 cups of pineapple, 1/4 cup of raspberries and 1/4 cup blueberries
water- 2 liters
exercise- riding for an hour
sleep- didnt get to sleep until around 1:30 and got up at 7 but had an hour nap
feelings- had major meltdowns last night. threw a seashell covered jewelry box at my brother, it hit the wall and shattered into a million pieces... on edge 24/7 but i know its detox. another canker sore in my mouth thats making it hard to get the calories in. its seriously huge. my whole jaw hurts because of it. sweating so much and heartburn. WHATEVA. ill get through it.

Comment by Casey on July 9, 2012 at 11:36am Also re: feeling hungover, just get as much sleep as you can, and LOTS of water. When the body detoxes, water is especially important, as it needs it to flush stuff out. If you don't have enough, you'll end up dehydrated, which is the same thing that happens when you drink. So the feeling will be the same.
Comment by Casey on July 9, 2012 at 11:35am Yeah, that's the spirit. You will get through it! Get through the challenge, and then extend it another 30 days (because just 30 is a tease, with 60-90 you'll really feel some transformations), and then you'll NEVER WANT TO GO BACK TO THE NONSENSE! :D
