Banana date smoothie for breakfast, snacked on various fruits all day. It was my day off and i was at home, so i didn't eat any real big meals, other than my smoothie, i just kind of grazed. Note to self: eat more fruit early on days off.
None. Day off. I sat around, and did some minor walking, house work, and gardening. It was hard to look at my bike and not ride it, but i like to take a day off every week for repairing my cycling muscles.
It's getting easier to walk around the grocery store and not get tempted by SAD food. Some things still tempt me. And it's odd, the things that tempt me are the sweet things, like cookies. I never liked that stuff, even when i was eating whatever i wanted. I always craved meat and things like that before. I still need to work on getting enough calories in. Some days i get enough, and some days i don't, and then i'm more likely to eat too much at night, and more likely to crave "other" food.
