30 Bananas a Day!

This 30 day challenge is more like my short term goal to get me passed my cravings. This would be easy for me except I love peanut butter so much, especially on my apples and bananas. I am on day 3 currently and eating between 4000-5000 calories, but without exercise. I hope to get in 30 minutes to an hour each day of physical exercise each day starting today or tomorrow. =)

 

I hope to check in on my progress.

Well I will be trying those suggestions so I will leave the crazy comment till after I try. I never judge a book by its cover. lol

I think dates are a great peanut butter replacement. Dates on celery sticks is majorly good. Also, sometimes I think romaine lettuce (plain) tastes like peanut butter. Call me crazy. Oh, also, I had asparagus once that tasted like P-butta. Weird.
