This 30 day challenge is more like my short term goal to get me passed my cravings. This would be easy for me except I love peanut butter so much, especially on my apples and bananas. I am on day 3 currently and eating between 4000-5000 calories, but without exercise. I hope to get in 30 minutes to an hour each day of physical exercise each day starting today or tomorrow. =)
