breakfast-1 crenshaw melon and one canteloupe
lunch-1 canary melon
snack-7 date dateorade
dinner- 9 bananas, 1 pineapple
snack- half a watermelon
water- only 1 liter... jus wasnt thirsty from all that melon
exercise-none, rest day... minus some dancing :]
sleep- had a hard time falling asleep last night... also a little nauseous while trying to fall asleep and heartburn... got about 7 or 8 hours
feelings-even though i ate soooo much yesterday (i was sooo hungry no idea why) i woke up sooo thin. SO thin. DAILY AFFIRMATIONS ARE WORKING... "everyday in every way my body is getting stronger, leaner, healthier, happier, etc;"
today is day 5 without a cigarette and i couldnt feel any better!
