Ok, kinda feel off the HCRV wagon - wnet on a road trip with my old bff and we had soooo much fun.
but I didn't always eat so great. Ended up purging much of the "bad" food - but i still look puffy and tired and bad skin after just 4 days.
So tomorrow I'm back ON. And I'm even throwing in to drop coffee. I have just 5 more days in Cali before I go back to Austria and I want to feel and look better. I was feeling amazing and looking so good when i got here a month ago, but indulging in all my howmtown favorite foods has cost me.
So, tomorrow starts with a giant glass/jug of fresh oj juice. I might give myself a B12 hit as well since i won't be drinking coffee. Then i have this melon (dunno what kind, something juicy and yummy) that i have been waiting/ripening and I'll eat the whole 6 pound thing for lunch - oh, i forgot, that breakfast will be my "Banilla" green smoothie. Then I'm seriously hunting down some killer peaches since I doubt I'll be able to find ripe ones next week in Austria. so I'm going to indulge in plenty of those juicy babies before i leave here.
I have two questions:
1) what kinds of fruits can i bring with me onto the plane to eat on my 14 hour flight?
2) Does anyone have any awesome travel tips for long flights (besides chugging water, I've got that one down)?
3) Does anyone read this blog? OK, I know that's 3 questions.
Going to bed now. Wish me luck for tomorrow - it;s the start of everything all over again and it's so exciting. (I got the 80/10/10 book and devoured it in one night of extended reading, but I think I gotta get Freelee's book, could REALLY help with my motivation.)

Comment by LaDivina on September 14, 2012 at 11:24am Wow! thanks for all the input and Ideas guys!! and especially to "ednshell" - thanks for the links!! what a hook up. I'm traveling AirBerlin (who knew they even flew trans-atlantic??) so I'll see if they have a fruit plate as they are a Luftansa subsidiary. but no matter what, now i know how to air-travel in fruity style!!
Comment by Camille G on September 14, 2012 at 3:02am I would go with dates, apples, and some veggie sticks like carrots, jicama, and celery.
