30 Bananas a Day!

Tomorrow is my surgery, so my food will be off.  Can't eat (or drink!) after midnight tonight, until after the procedure tomorrow, about 3:PM.

Food for the day:

1 Watermelon

5 Large White Peaches

2 lbs Cherries

1 Pint Grape Tomatoes

1 Small Avocado

Approximately 2400 calories, 84% carb/10% fat / 6% protein

Water:

About 2 liters so far, will continue drinking additional until I go to bed tonight

Activity:

Body Max 2 DVD

    34 minutes Cardio

    27 minutes HIIT

    20 minutes Upper Body Conditioning

    10 minutes Core Work

    6 minutes Stretching

Sleep:

10:00 - 5:30, 7.5 hours!

Discovered that cherries are a good source of Omega 3's...who knew?  My fitness is coming back quickly.  I'm already feeling a lot stronger after just a few days.  Was in really good shape at the end of last summer and let it go over the winter.  Won't be doing that again!
