I started 30 BaD the evening of Aug 31. So far, I've been keeping to it during the day (except for coffee), but giving in to cravings many evenings. Nevertheless, I haven't had knee pain since the middle of last week, my energy level is better than it has been in years, and my skin has cleared up. I sleep through the night without having my burning hip joints wake me. This after having a tendency to get zits on my nose from eating too much fat, feeling dead tired and needing a nap every day for the past ten or so years, and having to give up most exercise because of inflammation in my knees and other joints. Went from Cross-Fit to slow walking and 157 lbs to 212 because of the debilitating inflammation. I'm finding the cravings are lessening, and I look forward to seeing what the next two weeks of 30 BaD bring.
