30 Bananas a Day!

Wow, 14 days already...where does the time go. So, I am now down a total of 8 pounds, and my energy levels continue to go through the roof. I am still not meeting my daily requirements according to Cronometer, and am having trouble with B12, can't seem to find any plant source for that.

Anyways, I pretty much have zero craving now for cooked food. That did not take long!!!!  I was at a friends the other day and had some fresh fish chowder they made, mostly veges and was being nice. I thought I was going to feel guilty, because it was fresh Pike and normally I would have killed for that, but after I was so happy that I cheated a bit. It was gross, and it turned me off completely, pretty much reinforcing the new diet instead of leading me astray.

I do not run out of energy now, I am constantly cleaning the house and my brain is in overdrive. Being heavily involved in law and stuff, and currently trying to get someone out of Prison, I am non-stop putting great stress on my brain and am often mentally exhausted half way through the day. That is not the case now.
Also, I have noticed many people are having trouble sleeping. I experienced that for a few nights, waking up lots and waking up too early (terrible eh? lol) but that is gone already and sleep just as well as always. Push through it people!!

Hey Dean, get blood test for your B12. no biggie if your low ,you can supp very easy and its cheap

Hey congrats on your progress! I was vegan on & off until January when I went 100% raw. Amazing how it helps the brain & energy levels.  As for the B12, you'll have to supplement that with vitamins or shots if you get low.  I buy B12 vites and if they're tabs I chew them I let sit under the tongue so they're absorbed sublingually.  Or you can buy sublingual B12 drops.  First 2 months of raw I literally had to workout 90-120 mins a day to burn off extra energy so I could sleep! haha  I wake up without alarm clocks now but never sleepy like before :)
