30 Bananas a Day!

14 DAY CHALLENGE FOR MY PERSONAL AWARENESS- DAY 1

Today I decided to do 14 days straight of only whole fruit and vegetables and see how it works with low impact exercise of 60 minutes to 120 minutes a day.  I know that most of this will be walking and I have a stationary bike to use as well.  I am gearing up to upgrade my commitment and see how the 14 days go and also I want to be more conscious of how I use my body.  Currently I am mostly sitting all the time

so the daily exercise will be a good step forward into my wellness plan. So this morning first thing

did 68 minutes of biking.  I did it quite low speed but my heart rate did feel it nonetheless.  

Breakfast ate three large oranges-valencia at 62cal each.  186 calories.  I wanted to chew my fruit so that is why I did not make my usual smoothie.  It is amazing how filling all that fiber is in the oranges.  I am also looking more at the fruit combining charts to make sure that I am combining within the same group ex acid with only acid.  

I am grateful for the support that I find on my 14 day renewing my approach to my food plan with mostly fruit and some vegs.  I would like to incorporate cucumber with fruit is cucumber combinable with say acid fruits?

lunch: 2 orange,2 cups of cranberries and water total 174

mid afternoon smoothie as I got hungry: 1 banana,2cups of betties,1 cucumber and water total 295.

so far I have 655 calories intake.  I believe that i will do well somewhere around 1200 calories per day.

It is nice to feel that I will be getting rid of my extra reserves that I have on me.  Love and Light.
