30 Bananas a Day!

100% Raw May Challenge - May 8th 

SLEEP - 8:30? - 5:20 with two toilet breaks in between. Almost 9hrs.
I was in bed by 8pm. Took a while to switch off, about half an hour. Woke up a little tired.
Had some weird dreams. Dreamt my brother got a big colourful tattoo all over his torso. (He is a very conservative Christian so this is very very extremely weird!!) Also dreamt I ate fried rice and veggies while telling someone about how much fat is in oil and butter LOL 
Was very pleased when I woke up and realised it was just a dream, because I have been doing so well staying raw!

SUGAR - 
Meal 1: 860 cals: 12 extra small banana smoothie 
Meal 2:  790 cals: 10 extra small bananas and 1 cup frozen raspberries smoothie
Meal 3: 865 cals: 11 extra small bananas and 330ml coconut water smoothie
Meal 4: 1040 cals: 14 fresh medjool dates with 4 fuji apples
Snacks: (after meal 2) 3 red capsicums

Total fruit cals approx. 3555
947g carbs (93%), 42g protein (4%),  12g fat (3%). (these grams and %'s are including the veggies)

WATER - Total for day, 5.5 litres. (22 cups) including the litre in the first two smoothie. Was I bit slack on my intake today, will have to make up for it tomorrow likely.

EXERCISE - 
Planned exercise: none
Incidental exercise: 15min bike riding commuting to work and back

SUN - maybe 5mins max :( it was so sunny today too :'(

MENTAL CLARITY/STRESS - good clarity today, moderate stress

OTHER THOUGHTS -
I had to work a bit late today so I didn't go to the beach as I'd liked to. I should've gone and lay in the sun and red while it was still light but I decided to ride home in the hope it was sunny enough to get some nude sunbathing in. Unfortunately I got home and the sun was already too low and no sun whatsoever was bathing my house/garden so I couldn't even sunbake at all let alone nude sunbake.
So I was home, had every excuse not to go out again, so I sat in bed and read my book on meditation. Just a short book for beginners, but it was really good. I will read it again soon and let the words sink in and then will start putting it into practice.
I spent about 30 minutes reading this book slowly and calmly. Breathing deeply as I read the words slowly. In and out... in and out... in and out. I have already visualized myself meditating, pictured the beautiful waterfalls behind me, so its now a matter of putting it all together. 
For now it's just past 6:30pm and I am really tired. I can tell especially that I'm really tired because I don't feel like writing much, besides the fact that my eyes are so heavy. It's amazing how much my body craves sleep, the 7pm bed time needs to be the standard because 8pm is just not cutting it. So off I go. Turning off the light, turning off the computer.
The longer sleep should help get me out of bed earlier and then too work earlier, then eating earlier, then hopefully more fruit will be had! 3500 cals isn't too bad but I know I can do more and then... I live more :D

I start winding down around 7PM of so. If I am not in bed by 9PM. I am super tired the next day.

As a long time meditator, I really believe that meditation helps with so many things. I went Vegan years ago after years of meditation. Well, that's my story anyways. Best, Vibrant

I really enjoy reading your blog :) Thanks for posting even when you're tired. I totally agree with you, I'm on day 8 myself, and my body craves sleep by the time I get home. I haven't been getting into bed before 9:30pm YET (& I have to be up by 6) so that's the current thing im working on. I feel so much better anytime I have been able to get extra rest. Stay strong :)
