100% Raw May Challenge - May 31st!!!!
SLEEP - 9:30? - 5:00 slept the whole way through, besides minimal tossing and turning.
I was in bed on skype for ages before I went to sleep. Didn't take long at all to go to sleep once i turned my phone off and went for the last loo trip. Woke up at 5 without my alarm, was so impressed with myself :)
Meal 1: 1195 cals: 1 small banana whole, 2 fresh medjool dates whole and 11 small banana smoothie
Meal 2: 990 cals: 11 small banana smoothie
Meal 3: 1320 cals (sweet fruit cals only): 12 extra small banana smoothie with 600ml of fresh juiced red apple juice followed by half a head of cos lettuce leaves with "zucchini cheese" filling (pine nuts and zucchini and a few shallots blended)
Snack (after Meal 2): 3 red capsicums whole
Total fruit cals approx. 3505
964 carbs (91%), 56g protein (5%) 19g fat (4%)
WATER -6.5 litres (26 cups) including the liter in the smoothies
Planned exercise: none
Incidental exercise: 45 minute bike ride commute to work, beach and back + a little swinging
SUN - 2 minutes in-between clouds
MENTAL CLARITY/STRESS -

Can you believe it's the end of May?! I'm extremely proud of myself!
This afternoon I stood once more on the seashore, looking out over the ocean, smiling, thinking of all the experiences I've had this month.
Back at the cafe I reread all of my blogs, reminiscing all of the moments, all of the ups and downs. Making my way through my dinner smoothie, I can't stop smiling.
"Everything will be alright in the end and if it's not alright, its not the end" - The Best Exoctic Marigold Hotel Movie.
I love that quote and even though it is only the end of one month, it is nice to end it "alright". Better than that, everything is so awesome. After yesterday's crankiness i've been super blissed out today.
It's really late now though (9pm almost), I should get off the computer!
