30 Bananas a Day!

100% Raw May Challenge - May 2nd

SLEEP - 8:10(?) - 5:50 with two toilet breaks in between.
I was in bed by 7pm but still on my phone texting and writing until 8. Didn't take long to go to sleep after I turned my phone off.
I awoke at 5:50 to the sun, freaked out coz my alarm didn't go off at 5am!! First couple of hours of the day were very rushed and stressed!

SUGAR -
Meal 1: 990 cals: 3 small whole bananas followed by 10 extra small banana smoothie
Meal 2: 990 cals: 3 small whole bananas followed by 10 extra small banana smoothie
Meal 3: 660 cals: 3/4 of a durian (11 seeds)
Meal 4: 1400 cals: 19 fresh medjool dates with 5 fuji apples
Snacks: (after meal 2) half a zucchini and 2 sticks of celery (after meal 4) a handful of cos lettuce ( I really wasn't liking the lettuce so I stopped after a handful)

Total fruit cals approx. 4040
1006g carbs (90%), 40g protein (4%), 33g fat (6%).

WATER - Total for day 6 litres. (24 cups) including the 1 litre in the smoothies

EXERCISE -
Planned exercise: none
Incidental exercise: 45min bike riding commuting to work, the beach and back home + 5min swing at the park + leisurely swimming

SUN - next to nothing. Very cloudy day again.. It was sunny in the morning while I was stuck inside the cafe.

MENTAL CLARITY/STRESS - good clarity today, high stress morning. The sleep in was not even remotely frustrating compared to the other stuff i had to deal with at the cafe. By meal two i was ready to cry from being so stressed but thanks to the mental clarity from being 98% raw the last week i was able to calm myself down and get through it. Ended up having durian early (meal 3 was about an hour earlier than usual) to avoid eating a big slab of avocado! No cooked food cravings though which is great.

OTHER THOUGHTS - After work I was able to relax at the beach (even though it was pretty cold and almost raining) and come home and chill out. Had a great afternoon. It's past my bed time now though (it's 8:10pm) so off I go!
