100% Raw May Challenge - May 22nd
SLEEP - 7:45 - 5:00 with two toilet break in between and awake for a bit (about 15 mins) at about 10:45.
I was in bed at 7:00. Last toilet stop at 7:20. Woke up tired but thankful I wasn't in a dream with crazy sea monsters anymore. Its really cold in the mornings now, almost winter here :(
SUGAR -
Meal 1: 450 cals: 5 small banana smoothie (was a 10 small banana smoothie but I only got to have half before I got hammered with customers. 2hrs later it was brown mush :( so not appetizing)
Meal 2: 1160 cals: 16 fresh medjool dates with 4 fuji apples
Meal 3: 540 cals: 6 small bananas whole
Meal 4: 810 cals (sweet fruit cals only): 11 freah medjool dates with 3 fuji apples followed by 1 small red capsicum and two tomatoes
Total fruit cals approx. 2960
798g carbs (95%), 28g protein (3%), 6g fat (2%)
WATER - 5.5 litres (22 cups) including the half litre in the smoothie
EXERCISE -
Planned exercise: none
Incidental exercise: 20min bike riding commuting to work and back and work again (got a lift home with a friend)
SUN - about 5 minutes
MENTAL CLARITY/STRESS - ok clarity, bit better with the extra sleep high stress
OTHER THOUGHTS -
I'm really missing my good sleep routine. Tonight I'm in bed already (6:30) trying to be lying down at 7:00 and hopefully I can switch off easily enough to get another 9+ hr sleep.
The law of attraction is working overtime in my life at the moment and in order for me to attract the positive things I want, I need to get enough sleep so I think about the positive things.
One good thing to think about, I had a great chat to a friend this morning on Skype and found out he got accepted as a volunteer to WFF! Yay! I'm very excited, it's gonna be awesome!
