30 Bananas a Day!

i have decided to go 100%,
have been trying to do so over the past weeks,
failed with regret ,looking to loose abt 90lbs ,
i weighed 181.8 yesterday,
today was my first day,great day overall,
i will not concentrate on the weight loss for now ,
it is to be healthy i want.
i am abt 5`3 ,
BMI:32.2
i hope 90lbs is not too low of a goal .
i will be eating fruits and veges only.in smoothie form mainly.
This should work.advice welcome:)

THANKS ELLENi guess you are right i guess when i get to the right size i will know ,i used to be a size 6 ukbefore but i dont remember how much i weighed,i will be striving for 100-110 lbs ,i that gives me 20lbs down,haha,thanks for commenting.

That's great, Good for you.

IMO , if you loose 90 pounds...you will be severely underweight. Diffrent people weigh diffrent amounts..but I am guessing the lowest healthy weight you can reach is maybe 110-120 pounds. Any lower and it may not be healthy.

I don't know what your ideal weight is. But 100 lbs sounds REALLY low! I think that when you reach your ideal weight you'll know it.

And I want to say that slip ups are totally OK. It happens. Just don't give up and you'll do fine!

lili,thanks for your wonderful encouragement , i too have slipped up the last few weeks on salt and cooked food ,i am hoping it wont happen this time but if it does i will forgive myself and fight again, you look great btw, i am happpy for your succes,much love to you!

Hey Meths! Good on you! Going 100% made a huge positive difference in all aspects of my life, so I bet you're going to be blown away by how wonderful you'll start feeling (and it just keeps getting better!)... Don't freak out if you slip up, though... I've accidentally eaten something with salt, heated, etc over the past little bit, but just decided to let it go, not worry about my 100% status, and continue to wallow in the joy of my fruity life!!

That's my secret, getting lost in the joy of it all. When I began, My goal was 115lbs (I'm 5'5). I would not be happy unless I saw 115 on those scales. But after a few months of feeling this AMAZING, I naturally stopped caring about my weight. Every now and then I'll weigh myself...Seem to be sticking between 110 and 115. This is my perfect weight, it's easy to maintain, I'm healthy, satisfied and most importantly, I'm HAPPY! I anticipate once you get into this lifestyle, your number will naturally lose importance.

I'm a bit confused. You want to lose 90 lbs when you're 181.8 lbs now? How tall are you if you don't mind my asking?
