I'm wondering if Tough Mudder is too lofty a goal, but I am going to give it my best shot. Super happy with today's accomplishments!

12 Black Velvet Apricots
6 White Nectarines
10 Medjool Dates
Approximately 2000 calories

About 1.5 liters

Mowing the lawn, about 15 minutes
Runner's World Beginning Runner's Training Program Day 1 (30 minutes run/walk intervals)
Two Hundred Squats Training Program Day 1 (23 squats)
Two Hundred Pushups Training Program Day 1 (19 pushups)

I'm glad I was able to keep it all fruity today. Will definitely be adding some greens tomorrow though.

Thanks for your comments Ben. I look forward to your video.
Comment by Iron Clad Ben on July 3, 2012 at 2:18am You can do it! This is good stuff. Keep training basics like this and you will be ready. I think based on where you are training for 6 months consistently could get you there, but 14 months is fine :)
I am (finally) filming my "how to train for tough mudder (as a vegan)" video this Thursday. I am teaming up with this vegan blogger "The Blissful Chef" and I guess we are going to put together a pretty kick-ass guide and video. Thanks for waiting! :)
