Today, I'm joining the 100% lfrv club. Last night was horribly amazing and really showed me what our bodies will do when it detects a potential toxin. I had rice last night and lets just say the before it even got to my stomach, my body stopped it in it's tracks...literally. I could have had a soar throat this morning, but I didn't and I strongly believe that's because my body now has more resources to put toward healing.
Today, 100% lfrv for life!

Comment by Chris Randall on March 6, 2011 at 3:50am Yeah it can be tough in the beginning Garret. Find out how much volume you can stomach at a time, and use that as a base of working towards your calorie goal. Numbers are important here. I mean, I could feel absolutely stuffed after eating 1000 calories of watermelon, but I'll be hungry later. It's hard to go by "how you feel". Set a calorie goal and work towards that.
Good luck Garret!
