30 Bananas a Day!

I started raw vegan diet 5 days ago, and for the past 2 nights I've been awakened with leg cramps.
I'm eating plenty of bananas, so i don't feel this is related to potassium. Anyone have any ideas?
The first day my gastric reflux disappeared, and my leg swelling is down significantly.

I ate more spring salad mix, and ate some almonds, in case it was magnesium.
I had no leg cramps last night or today... Yea

Celery or coconut water, works for me.

How many greens are you eating? You might need more minerals or natural sodium. have a friend on this diet who must eat greens with every meal. If he goes more than 3 meals without greens, he will get leg cramps. He used to be an ultramarathon runner, and I think this has something to do with his high mineral needs.

I drink plenty of water. Probably 10 to 12 glasses a day.
I'm disabled so I'm limited on the exercise I can do.
I have chronic back pain that make it very difficult to walk.

Dehydration is the biggest factor in my experience.
How much water are you consistently drinking?
How much exercise do you do?
