Why do I hurt? I'm only 16.

I'm kind of worried, since I have pain on my hand, and my lower back too. My jaw hurts and my ears are inflamed. I have acne, quite mild, but still. I get dizzy, sometimes detached from what I feel is reality.

I have a very healthy lifestyle. So why do I feel like this? I wasn't worried until my mom told me I was "too young to feel like this". But I don't want to go to any doctor, I don't want more medicines, I don't want my dad's money to go to doctors and those things! I know I can trust you guys, you are very very helpful when it comes to... anything!

i started feeling that way too just recently and it put me back on lfrv/will now eat (sprouted grain) bread and (Earth balance vegan) butter...i don't like it. here is a list of what i've put together that i think was all involved. ---
1. i stopped exercising AND stretching
2. i started swallowing myself with my negative emotions (eek!!)
3. i was having no overts (which would be fine if i was still exercising, or i hadn't changed up my routine)
4. i was drinking TOO much water
5. i was consuming too many calories (remember i was not exercising or stretching at all...)
6. My bananas were over ripe, and i get all sketchy, lfrv eating wise, when they are over ripe (not such a good brand, =/)
7. i was not consuming any real amount of greens

Laurie: I've had mild acne and mild rosacea since I entered the teenager stage, about 13, I guess. But the muscle spasms and break outs have been of about a week. I'm vegetarian, drink a lot of water, very far from the SAD way of eating. I'm not on medications, though I'm supposed to.

You are not to worry what others have plotted for you. They cannot force you to do what you do not wish to do. But they will put out a good display of emotion to get you to feel the stuff they are going through.
