Okay I learned last night that herbs and spices may cause water retention. I've decided to take a week off from eating them to see if it's true.
I weighed myself this morning: 118.6lbs.
I will weigh myself daily until the week is over and post it here.
I'm on the "no greens plan" for the next week because without herbs and spices I have ZERO interest in eating them!
Let's see what happens ...
