30 Bananas a Day!

I've been having a hard time eating big salads(to get enough greens) until today I scarfed one down in no time.
With a fork it was taking me up to 45 minutes to eat a big ol' salad. With my hands I can stuff way more greens in my mouth than a silly little fork can pick up.
Lettuce and a citrus or grape(cherry) tomatoes has been my favorite so far!!
Maybe its just me(or the whole country of India)but I've always liked eating with my hand's better.

You can even keep the head whole and just munch it like an ice-cream cone.

Perfect for walking around county fairs! ;)

Yeah it is so great. I do it all the time. You can take a whole head of romainne and dont cut the bottom off. Fill with goodies and take a bunch of them on a road trip. Leaving the bottom on helps keep everything together. You can take a head of iceberg- core out the middle- fill and do the same thing- or pour soup into it and eat the bowl after you are done with the soup. Tomatoes can be scouped out and filled with zucchini humus for a yummy treat or use as a dip bowl depending on how big the tomato is. Fill a cabbage leaf with spinach and oranges or strawberries- this is good.

Yeah Ethiopians also eat with their hands and share a big plate of food. It brings people together in a nice way if you can do this in a party setting. My parents used to have corn eating parties where they would dig a hole in the backyard fill it with coals and then fill it with corn and invite a bunch of people over. They would put newspaper everywhere and people would drink beer or whatever and eat roasted corn. They had a lot of fun doing that.
