I did not eat lunch early enough today. BAD IDEA. Did not feel well. Now I feel great! It is getting easier and easier to eat this way. I think I am tasting things more too. I don't need salt!!

Comment by ednshell on June 30, 2012 at 6:04pm Way to go, keep upping those calories, 2500 is the minimum 30BaD recommends for women. I would replace the salad with a datorade, you can add the greens back in after your stomach stretches a bit and you are used to eat bigger volumes of fruit to increase your calorie intake.
