30 Bananas a Day!

Day 1...I hope that i am posting in the right spot

DAY 1:

Breakfast: Berry smoothie
6 Bananas 
Lunch: 1 cup of Cantaloupe, cup of watermelon, cup of strawberries,a half cup of blue berries 
Snacks: 2 peaches, 2 kiwis
Dinner: a larger salad, tomatoes, cucumber, sweet onions, sunflower seeds, zucchini, mushrooms 
Exercise: 20 min walk 

Water: 5 bottles of 16oz...bottle of water 

Sleep: 8 1/2 

Feelings: ready for day two
