My muscles retain water and every single time I start exercising I gain weight the morning after. LOL LOL I'll drop it and then some and honestly it doesn't hurt me to gain a lb.
Yesterday I started out with 1/2 personal watermelon and of course some water.
I made a 12 cup mega ABC smoothie yesterday! 4 lbs of bananas, 8 ozs of strawberries, 1 lg kiwi, 1 lg mango, 1 slice of pineapple juice from 1 lg grapefruit, l lg navel orange, 3 tangerines. It was delicious and filling! I only got 10 cups down but it was easier than the day before.
I also had celery and my zucchini hummus recipe. For dinner I made Dr. G's Tomatoe-Basil soup. My desire for greens has gone South! This has startled me and I posted a discussion thread about it. Good responses and I'm not going to worry about this. It's happened before and it took about 6 weeks for my body to start craving greens again. I'll move right along knowing I have sufficient carbs/calories/stats and I'm not wasting away just because I'm not forcing the greens down my gullet.
My stats: 2593 calories 90.5/4.5/5 This was amazing!!! My fiber: 79.6 grms My sodium: 101.7 mg which is a bit low. Don't know what to do about this with eating so much fruit. I guess I'm ok right now. Any thoughts about sodium, please feel free to comment.
