Slept o.k. from 11-8. Woken several times by itching.
Had a really nice walk and talk with my oldest daughter this morning
My oldest son tracked his food on cronometer--he really liked the pie graphs and had fun learning about it--he was really surprised that the popcorn he had at the softball game was more than 50% fat

Coughing up mucous, limited lung capacity for vigorous activity
Itchy rash in various spots on my chest, arms, and legs
White coating on my tongue
Swollen, dark under-eye circles in the morning
Some gas (smelly after dinner)
Minor redness and bumpiness on forehead, nose and chin
If this crazy rash doesn't clear up, I don't know what I'm going to do. I feel like the drunk crying over the toilet promising God I'll change if only he helps me through this. All raw, lots of water and early to bed tomorrow.
