Firstly I would like to say thanks for all of the information on this site, I've been lurking around in the background for a while but decided that I need to get involved as I'm gonna need all of the support I can get over the next year.
I did a month trial on 801010 last year to see if I could manage it and although I found it difficult I felt really good after the first month and I received compliments as to how well I looked. At the end of the month I thought that I could never go back to eating a SAD diet although I did feel like having some cooked food so I thought that I maybe I could have one cooked meal a week. Bit by bit I added more cooked food so that my diet is now terrible. I've managed to do 801010 here and there, longest amount of time being 6 days but it's really difficult to get back into it and the breaks between each time I eat 801010 get longer and I eat unhealthier every day.
Anyway 7 months later I'm eating more rubbish food than I've eaten in my life I feel so addicted to it and I weigh more than I've ever weighed apart from when I was l pregnant so I've decided that I need to do something different because obviously it's not working the way I'm doing it.
So I've decided to commit to 801010 lifestyle for a year from 1st June from then on I'm hoping that it will be a habit and I will no longer need to make an effort in order to carry on.
By announcing it here on 30BAD it's showing my commitment to do so.
