30 Bananas a Day!

I MADE IT!!!!! 92 DAYS OF JUICE FEASTING NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENED!!! WAHOO!

As you can all tell I am totally stoked and excited!  I have learned the meaning of personal commitment!  I have learned how strong I really am!  I learned about healing and wholeness!  I learned how wonderfully well the body heals from years of phood abuse and toxic overload given the proper methods: juice and resting the colon and of course lots of rest!

I will be posting a blog later on this week regarding my journey the last 6 months to healing my body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

Right now I am adjusting to eating solid food and it's a real trip!  LOL  I'll post more about this in tomorrow's blog.

I want to give a shout out to my friend and mentor in the 811rv lifestyle and so much more: ROSALIE ESTHER.  She is on this site and also on the site that I was kicked off of because of discussing 811rv on a raw food team! LOL  She has been my solice, my friend, my companion on this long journey to healing.  She is a vast resource of knowledge about health and healing.  I dearly admire her own passage to health and feel she is an ace in anyone's arsenal against disease.  THANK YOU ROSALIEE!!

I also want to acknowledge all my buddies on Spark People.  They were avid supporters of not only my juice feast journey but also of my discussing 811.  Thank you all!  You kept me going in times of trouble and doubt.  There were many days when I would have thrown in the towel and because of you all I didn't!!

Some of you here have been supporting me and I thank you very much.  Switching at the end of a long journey was a little troublesome but manageable.  Thank you for not criticizing my choice of a fast.

Now the fun begins for me and that is my transition week eating once again towards 100 days of 80/10/10 by the book.  I will miss my V6 green drink and my garlic.  Everything else is gone from my healthy eating lfrv program already.  I am overt fat free and loving it.  That will continue to be part of my program during the next 100 days.

Thanks for reading and commenting on my blogs.  Your support does help and inspire me to greater heights.

Kneyrus. Its a bit rough. Lol. Found out no more green juice drinking when trying to digest solid food. I'm going to bed soon. Very tired. Hope i do better tomorrow. Lol. Hugs hon and thanks for stopping by.

You DID IT, Karen! So very Proud of you, my friend! How is transition?  Oh and about garlic, you might not miss it as much as you think, I actually found out I became way too sensitive to it after my 92 day juice feast.  I add some green garlic and chive to my salad smoothies now, much milder and seems to take care of the cravings.

This is awesome! So proud of you that you completed it! YAY!! I want to do a juice feast someday as well... maybe 60 days. :P

GrapeNut:  My V6 juice is very "cleansing" LOL  Here it is: 1 lb of greens; 1 lb of tomatoes at least; celery; cucumber; baby or regular bok choy and minced garlic.  All my ingredients are organic of course.

Please check out the site: JUICEFEASTING.COM before you embark on another.  Many people fail this because they do not know how to safely build up to and do one.  Anything under 30 days is not worth the trouble.  Plan on $50 minimum added to your grocery bill cost a week for organic produce which is again something I stress.

RealLoveYogi:  Ask ROSALIEESTHER.  She is sending out a copy of the blog to each team member privately.  You CAN send a copy to Travelnista if you want.....LOL LOL  Just kidding hon.
