SLEEP - 8:30- 5:00 with two toilet break in between and half hour awake from 12 - 12:30
I was in bed at 8:00. Woke up tired but hopeful.
Meal 1: 620 cals: 10 oranges whole
Meal 2: 1180 cals: 4 small bananas whole followed by 8 small banana smoothie
Meal 4: 1220 cals (fruit cals only): 17 freah medjool dates with 4 fuji apples followed by 4 small red capsicums
Total fruit cals approx. 3020
781g carbs (93%), 38g protein (5%), 8g fat (2%)
WATER - 5.5 litres (22 cups) including the half litre in the smoothie
Planned exercise: none
Incidental exercise: 15min bike riding commuting to town and back + 30 min leisurely walk to and around shops
SUN - about 10 minutes
MENTAL CLARITY/STRESS - ok clarity, slowly deteriorating with less and less sleep, moderate stress
OTHER THOUGHTS -
Today I just need sleep.
I've had a few really positive experiences today but all I can think about is all the confusing, emotional, stressful, negative stuff.
I'm gonna go to bed.
