I have so many supporters on the home front for my 92 day Juice Feast. It is ending this coming Saturday and then a week of transitioning back to eating 811rv. EATING!! Wow, that is going to be a strange sensation.
I have planned 2 celebration/thank you luncheons. One with 3 of my friends a week from this Friday. The other is simply a thank you to the group at my local co-op. I am preparing the meals and am looking forward to these events. At my luncheon with friends I've decided on Megan Elizabeth's" Orange-Tahini Pad Thai. It's way too high in fat for me to have often and I am doing 100 days of 100 80/10/10 with no overt fats. Unfotunately this recipe has overt fats and is very high on the fat % for a meal. I can afford the % in my weekly total and this is a once-in-a-while situation. The 3 friends also are not 80/10/10'rs and I want something that isn't too strict for them to have. I am making a double recipe. 1/2 for me alone, LOL, and the other half for the 3 of them to eat. They calorie restrict, one of them to the point of anorexia. I do not! LOL I am also having a side salad of mixed greens and vegies. Yummm
The other celebration/thank you meal will be Kristina's (of Rawfully Organic) Mediterranean Couscous. Again, I'm making a double recipe so I can have 1/2. LOL I am looking so forward to making this. I love caulflower and want more raw recipes using it. I especially enjoy eating orange cauliflower and will use this in the future for this recipe as a change of pace.
Thanks for reading my blogs. Have a wonderful day.

Comment by ORGANIC811LFRV on May 18, 2012 at 10:32pm Thanks everyone! I miss eating my vegies for sure. Monday is my first eating solid food again. I'll start with watermelon.
Mimium, I haven't tried that yet. I am not certain if nutritional yeast is actually 811.
Comment by Minium on May 18, 2012 at 6:35am Sounds yummy! Have you ever tried cauliflower popcorn? Just sprinkle some nutritional yeast (full of B12) on top of cauliflower, mix and enjoy. I've made some good cauliflower tabouli lately and, apart form the raisins, it was 811. I'm going to check that recipe by Kristina. Thanks!
Will raise a glass of fresh OJ to your success.
Oh, I see.
I usually put it in boiling water for a while, not to add any spices.
It is now my turn to say good night. O(∩_∩)O
Comment by ORGANIC811LFRV on May 18, 2012 at 12:22am Hey there Angel Mo! I can't stand raw organic broccoli much to my surprise! It tastes too spicey and I hate spicey. LOL My palate is on the bland side which is why I love 811 so much.
Have a wonderful day in China.
Eating is going to be a strange sensation ? I can imagine that, haha.
I also like cauliflower, and broccoli.
