Stayed raw despite feeling shaky
Noticing I am already getting a tan
White coating on my tongue
Swollen, dark under-eye circles in the morning
Some gas, a lot in the afternoon and it was smelly
Minor redness and bumpiness on forehead, nose and chin
A few cystic pimples around and on my nose, but clearing up
Tired for a short while in the afternoon
Acid-smelling bowel movement, but had much more ease of elimination today
I struggled a bit today mentally and emotionally. I can't really pinpoint why. I thought about sneaking off and having a binge instead of going to my meeting, or after going to my meeting. Luckily my meeting was just awesome and I felt so much better. I got myself home to finish my dinner and of course, felt even better. I think I had some cleansing going on today, and perhaps could use some more calories to help my body do that.
