Well, my week went really well! This is day 6!!!! I have stayed true to 100% 80 10 10 raw!!! It is pretty amazing. I am still drinking one cup of coffee a day, other than that no bad things! I have been doing cronometer and it had said 82/8/10 and 2600-2900 calories a day! This has been great as far as no cravings and not hungry, so easy to stick too! I lost like 4 pounds the first few days, but today I am back up 2 more. So, I will just let it be what it is. My energy is still low, some grogginess and headaches. So, not much exercise yet to speak of. I am out of school in two weeks, I am a teacher, and I will start working on the other aspects at that point! I am feeling good about this so far. I have two huge green smoothies(5 bananas, 2 c. frozen fruit, 1/2 a bag of spinach or lettuce), followed by some fruit or dates in the afternoon, then a huge salad for dinner. Then, more fruit in the evening if I am hungry for it! Coming from a restrict the calories mindset for my whole life, this has been a big change for me! I am taking one day at a time!!! So far, so good!!
