Well, my week went really well! This is day 6!!!! I have stayed true to 100% 80 10 10 raw!!! It is pretty amazing. I am still drinking one cup of coffee a day, other than that no bad things! I have been doing cronometer and it had said 82/8/10 and 2600-2900 calories a day! This has been great as far as no cravings and not hungry, so easy to stick too! I lost like 4 pounds the first few days, but today I am back up 2 more. So, I will just let it be what it is. My energy is still low, some grogginess and headaches. So, not much exercise yet to speak of. I am out of school in two weeks, I am a teacher, and I will start working on the other aspects at that point! I am feeling good about this so far. I have two huge green smoothies(5 bananas, 2 c. frozen fruit, 1/2 a bag of spinach or lettuce), followed by some fruit or dates in the afternoon, then a huge salad for dinner. Then, more fruit in the evening if I am hungry for it! Coming from a restrict the calories mindset for my whole life, this has been a big change for me! I am taking one day at a time!!! So far, so good!!

If you are interested in stopping --- I am sure it will be much easier in the summer when school is out. Also, you will find your able to consume more fruit during the day and digest better. On the days I drink coffee, I never seem to eat enough fruit in the end, and then I sometimes end up eating a cooked dinner, or losing energy by late afternoon! You are doing awesome!

Your energy should be high, you probably are under eating. Ditch the greens for a few weeks and stick with High calorie fruits to get the calories up. 10 times your body weight in kilos times 4 to figure your basic calorie needs then add more for activity. Two days of increasing your calories and you should feel really good, high energy!!!
That is great!! So happy for you. :) After a while you won't want the coffee anymore. One of the last things I gave up was coca-cola. Sooooo bad but after about two weeks I just didn't crave it anymore. Good luck with your journey!
