Prior to finding 30BAD and learning about the HCRV lifestyle, I was a mess.
I was suffering all the classic symptoms of Celiac Disease: Was underweight, had ZERO energy, was regularly mistaken for an anorexic or cancer patient, joint/bone pain, barely functioning digestion, regular depression, the whole Celiac Shebang!
Here I am 13 months into a HCRV lifestyle and all these things are a distant memory for me now! I don't know exactly how ill I really was before I got on board, but I suspect I was not heading for a long and happy existence. I think 30BAD has saved me from a heap of pain and unhappiness, and possibly saved my life. I Just wanted to say thanks. To Harley and Freelee, and everyone else on here who posts and shares their experiences and support. This fruit stuff works!
