100% Raw May Challenge - May 5th
SLEEP - 7:40 - 5:40 with two toilet breaks in between and four different dreams.
I was in bed by 7:15pm. Took a little while to switch off. Woke up pretty rested but the dreams were a bit disturbing. I broke my ankle in one. Some really weird and suspicious events in a couple others.
Meal 1: 1350 cals: 4 small whole bananas followed by 11 small banana smoothie.
Meal 2: 900 cals: 9 fuyu persimmons of varying sizes (I added it to my fitness pal as 4 persimmons because it said a large one was 118 cals so I figured it worked out about the same as 4) mashed in a bowl with 4 sliced medium bananas.
Meal 3: 1200 cals: 17 fresh medjool dates with 4 fuji apples.
Total fruit cals approx. 3450
903g carbs (94%), 33g protein (4%), 9g fat (2%).
WATER - Total for day 6.5 litres. (26 cups) including the half litre in the smoothie
Planned exercise: 30 Curves circuit workout
Incidental exercise: 45min bike riding commuting around town + lots of dancing and crazy kicking, mucking around to music!
SUN - LOTS YAY!!!!! Like 2hrs +
MENTAL CLARITY/STRESS - good today, very low stress day.
OTHER THOUGHTS - OMG I love saturdays!! Had a great "exercise" morning and an awesome "lazy" afternoon!
Spent an hour sunbaking before lunch and got lots of sun whilst riding around town and sat in the sun and ate my breakfast, such a nice treat to be able to do that!
Also so nice to be able to go to the gym first thing in the morning! I was so pumped! I have so much energy in the mornings!
Only just finished my dinner at 7:10pm so tonight might be a late one.
