Hey guys, this is my second blog, second day here...so far I'm loving it. :)
Today I suffered with the worst cramps I've had in a while. Unfortunately I even puked... I take pills [naproxin or regular pain killers] but I hate having to rely on them and they take forever to kick in. Normally I have ginger tea, but I'm all out.
Does anyone know some of the best things I can eat before and during my cycle?
ps. Food hardly ever stays down when I eat before it shows up so I tend to keep it on a low amount or none at all. So I'm usually too weak to do anything...even walk. ...However, if I do eat and I dont puke...the feeling like I'm going to is practically there whole time.
